By defining your personal image (your inner core), you will feel more confident and better reflect your personality in your professional and personal life. Style Coaching™, a combination of life coaching and image consulting, takes a holistic approach tailored to your personal goals and needs by helping you develop your true-you on the inside and enhance your "polished-you" on the outside. You will be guided through each step of the process of creating your own signature style.  During coaching sessions, we will work on personal development, dress & grooming, style, confidence-building, speaking in public and language refinement skills, in order to improve your use of language, diction, and cadence.

 

After conducting an initial free interview, we will define your personal style, identify your true body shape and the most suitable types of clothing for your body. You will also discover what are "your colors", as we show you how to create your very own personal color palette - this includes colors for makeup, hair styles, as well as accessories.  Together we will also work on any areas of personal self-development that you discover need to be improved, working through the steps that will lead to the achievement of these goals. E-Styling Consultations: How Does E-Styling Work?

E-Styling is an ideal alternative for people who cannot attend in-person style sessions.  I also incorporate the use of professional image coaching software into our sessions to create a makeover or style package that is tailor-made to match your specific needs.

 

What's the first step?

The first step is to schedule your E-Styling session with me 24 hours in advance to reserve your timeslot.

Then, to begin, you will be asked to complete an assessment worksheet via e-mail.  Once I receive your completed from, then the next step is to send me two digital photos of yourself including a facial photograph (head and neck only) and a full body photograph.  These images will be used to develop your personal profile.
